Good quality tablet for good price. – We bought 2 of these tablets. They came well packed and with in 2 days. The tablet came 98.% charged. My daughter set hers up in less than 5 min and games on it for 3 hours. Charged it lasted 7 hours next time gaming. The sound is weaker than Sam sung or iPad. The picture quality we couldn’t tell the difference. Touch screen works fine with no delays. It is not a name brand but it’s operating system is working just as good!

Very good VALUE for the money – This is a GREAT value for the money. The touch and feel of the product feels very professional, very well made. It is lightning fast in terms of its processor and does everything you ask for. While being used primarily to watch Netflix, it invites you to do other things, such as use it like a camera (excellent photos, by the way), as a game pad (with so many games at the android store, this is almost a given), and even as a word processor and spreadsheet.

La tablet blanca es mas lenta que la de color negra – Compré dos dispositivos uno negro y uno blanco, decepcionado del dispositivo blanco, el rendimiento es mucho menor comparado con el dispositivo negro, tiene lag al abrir los videos y movilizarte por la pantalla, revisé con una aplicación de info del hardware y la tablet negra tiene una variante en el nombre del procesador lo cual la hace mas fluida que la blanca, totalmente decepcionado con el modelo del color blanca

Good tablet for the price – This is great for my 4.5 year old. Unfortunately my 2.5 year olds tablet did not stand the test of durability and literally the day after Christmas that he received it, he managed to break the screen. With the case and screen protectors on. Ha, it happens but it works well for my daughter. The screen is big and picture is great plus we can download more apps on this than her old android tablet which is what I wanted for her.

Excellent Buy for the Koney and even better sellers!!! – We bought the tablet for our sons celebration. Upon opening it it was apparent that it had been damaged in shipping . It was a tiny crack so we figured we would avoid the hassle of returning it. Within 72hrs of minimal use, the crack spread and you couldn’t see the screen any longer so we were forced to do the dreaded return… Mich to our surprise the seller was amazing!! We literally had a new tablet to replace the damaged one within 24hours of letting them know what happened! There was no waiting or back and forth, no hassle , just amazing low interaction return! The new tablet is AMAZING! It wasn’t damaged at all and works wonderfully. I give this tablet a 10 for its ease of access and capabilities. It’s very fast and loads multiple apps simultaneously with ease. I give the sellers a 20 out of 10!! They handled what could I’ve been a terrible and time consuming issue with grace and ease and excellent customer service!

1 year warranty hard to use – Had problems with charging port not working. To use their 1 year warranty you have to have tablet repaired and turn in receipt for reimbursement. repair price was approximately $140.00, twice what it cost. Asked for a replacement. was told I could order a new one and turn receipt in for reimbursement. soon after they stopped answering my emails.
