It was good until… – Received the laptop early March 2022. I had to order external key pad due to not having one. The laptop got a blue screen error Tuesday. Couldn’t get ahold of HTOOLS so contacted Amazon to facilitate the issue. I could Not shut the laptop down, searched for ways based on error code and nothing worked. I finally had to turn off due to not only the laptop getting hot, but the power supply cord. I turned it on the next day. It came on, but runs so hot had to turn off. Htools has told me to reload software, but this seems to be hardware issue. Very disappointed that no one htools has reach out to me with the new issue. This laptop is only 2.5 months old and is not used daily.

Surprisingly effective, great value – This was a laptop that I wasn’t sure what to expect with but it has actually performed very well for the cost and for what it is. This laptop seriously screams when I compare it to my Toshiba one from a while ago when SSD’s weren’t yet mainstream. It seems like no matter what the computer, if you have enough RAM and a SSD, you can get some respectable performances out of them. This is no exception. This isn’t going to play a lot of AAA games or anything but it is great as a budget laptop for work or business (provided your work isn’t computer design or video editing).

Best for what it does. – I don’t need anything fancy and killer processing. This is working perfect for me and my shop. We use this to handle our appointments, hooking it up to our POS system. So far things are running smooth. Pay attention though, it has USB 3, USB-C, and Mini HDMI ports. I also have a portable monitor attached to it using the Mini HDMI to full size HDMI cable and things are working perfectly. It has the latest windows 11 but when you receive the laptop, you might want to run updates multiple times to get the latest version. Things are running smooth without hiccups. It is very light weight . The SSD is small but can be upgraded but we are not doing that right now. We don’t need it to do a lot more than what we intended. But if you want to expand the hard drive size, you can expand it to 2 TB SSD. I like the screen though, it is clear and bright without any adjustment. I didn’t really do any additional setup and it already looking good.

Received a defective one – Purchased this laptop on reviews. It worked great for the first two weeks. Then I noticed it wouldn’t hold a charge, so I’m thinking the charger cord must be bad. I purchased a universal charging kit, but none of those fit this laptop. I contacted the seller and he forwarded me on to the company that makes the laptop. The company was actually very nice and immediately sent out a new charger cord. After about a day of using the new charger cord, the laptop started doing the same thing again. I contacted the actual company and they are willing to replace it with another one, once I return the defective one. Problem is, all of my personal information has been downloaded in this laptop already and there’s no way I can erase all my files by it won’t power on. The company said to return it anyway (with all my personal info on it) and they would destroy it. So, I’m not going to chance it by returning it with my personal information on it. I’m out $300!

Solid laptop so far – After returning the first one for electronic problems with the display – the replacement has been functioning as it should. Just keeping my fingers crossed now that this one passed all the QC tests.
