Good wheel at a great price. – I’m a casual gamer looking for an entry level force feedback wheel for the PS4, specifically for playing DriveClub. I play about 2-3 times per week, usually 1-3 hours per session. I have no intentions of dominating leader boards or online races, and I wanted to stay under $200. I chose the Thrustmaster VG T150 which I purchased from Amazon on March 24th 2016. The following are my impressions after about 20 hours of use.

Wheel feels great, pedals feel cheap – The wheel feels great. It really adds something to games like Gran Turismo. You can even feel the joints in the road. It resists when you try to turn, and gives a nice “kick” when you crash. However, I wish the pedals were a bit less cheap and plastic feeling. On the upside, you can replace them with the pro pedal set, and I’m considering it.

feels awesome – i’m coming from a PS2 generation wheel, so this is a BIG upgrade for me. a great one at that. i will say i was surprised that it needs a separate power supply (wall outlet), and the USB cable is quite short to stretch across a small living room. i also do not like the feel of the blue rubber, i frankly would prefer all plastic, or leather like its main competitor, but i’m glad i chose this one. it really comes down to user preference, just check out youtube reviews

A great wheel for 200 bucks. – I had another Thrustmaster wheel before this wheel, called the Ferrari Red Legend. It’s a pretty decent wheel for the price of 60 bucks. But after a while, I grew a bit tired of it because of its lack of features (no force feedback, let alone any rumble effects, very limited degree of rotation, etc.). I never really expected much from it for being so cheap. Until I heard about T150 wheel. This wheel had me sold for how much it cost. $200 for a dedicated force feedback, can rotate up to 1080 degrees, and it can use any other pedal set (T3PA/PRO) and shifter (TH8A/RS) This basically had me sold on this wheel when I heard of all of these features for just 200 bucks (not including the high quality pedals and H- Pattern Shifter set). And also, from the fact that it was compatible with the PC is a big plus in my books.
