So far works flawlessly; I formatted it for my MacBook Pro as APFS and use it for Time Machine. Comes with two cables to be used USB-A or USB-C ports. Of course, the ports need to be Gen 2 to take advantage of the speeds. It’s metal and feels very sturdy, and comes with a thermal pad, spare screws, and even a small magnetic screwdriver.
