Stays cool while gaming but fan noise – This pc has been a powerhouse of a computer when it comes to gaming. Had a small issue that their tech support helped me work through. Great time to leave a review 🙂

Eh – Got this on sale and I would recommend anyone who read this there were better options out there if you look harder. Skytech is meh company. They are are one of the top Dawgs our there pc building. Quality however it’s an a embarrassment. Wires and even some one their hardware or terrible quality to put in a 3k build. I mean I would build it myself if it was that price, but I got a rlly good deal on it and save me the trouble of building it myself. I bought me the Prisms II and I gotta say the build it beautiful. However the ram and wiring kinda was annoying to start with as a pre-built. I would say its garbage kind of ram that people want to play high qualifty games fkr. They as started me out with a awful wifi card too and made my $300 pc look at faster. Not all the ports are operational front and back. and even the remotes they give don’t work properly the skytech customizer download on my pc is half functional as well. There is no instructions on how to setup the pc hardware or software and the only instructions is they tell you is you have too talk too someone inorder for assistance.

My tower has been having overheating issue so we believe. So you are wondering why I am giving 5 stars. Just today I got the new cool master fan installed with the help of a skytech tech. I dealt with 3 techs who have been absolutely amazing. Even the people who schedule your appointment to get a tech have been amazing. Everyone is very personable and professional. They really seem like they want to help fix the problem! I look at some of the past reviews and seen people mention horrible customer services. Granted I didnt see how old the reviews were BUT my experience has been wonderful! This is my first gaming pc so I had no clue what I am doing. Since day one they have been very helpful and patient with me. Even doing video call to help me install the new cool master, sending youtube videos about how to remove the ram, and so forth. The tech I dealt with today is even going as far as in helping me get my internal hardrive properly install once I get the sata cord needed. He offer to send a tutorial and do another call if needed! So yes my tower for gaming had some issues when I got it but skytech has been so outstanding about the situation. I will update this review once I see how the new cool master fan works. To make sure my pc doesnt shut down without warning. However, I will say graphics, and game loading times have my heart <3 I think when I am ready to build my own pc I will stick with this company due to the outstanding customer service/techs. I am very pleased!

Visually on my 32″ 165hz QHD 1440p monitor everything looked very crispy clean. So, had the PC for a few days and I don’t regret getting this tower.
