Cannot install any additional drives off of MB – No internal SSD connection available for backup drive. No Mother board layout with computer. Difficult to get the speaker jacks to work on the rear played with devices a long time to get the correct one. Called tech support could not tell me what MB I have even when I gave order and model number.

Zero issues – First of all. I started with a custom built pc that was corrupt a month after I got it. After a year I upgraded to a new custom built pc that took him 3 weeks to complete and still wasnt good enough for gaming. I returned that pc and purchased this prebuilt pc. And It blew my mind how smoothly it run any game i played. I also streamed on twitch and it worked phenomenally with it. It is a very gorgeous pc and works amazlingly.

AMD Radeon RX 6600 8GB GDDR6 Graphics Card wasn’t 8GB. It was a 4GB instead. – Like the nice case and cable are organized. The AMD Radeon RX 6600 8GB GDDR6 Graphics Card wasn’t 8GB. It was just 4GB. Other then that looks pretty nice.

Honest Review – I know there is a lot of talk with this company and there quality but my pc came in great condition and works amazingly they even give you items that other companies don’t. so don’t worry about it being broken cause it won’t be

Better than I thought – I was kinda expecting some of the parts would’ve been cheap, no name brands. But I’m glad I was wrong. Other than that, no bloatware and everything about the computer seems to check out. Will update after a few months

Buyer beware – Ordered this computer open-box for a good deal. Unfortunately the issues started the second I turned it on. I did confirm it had all advertised components, but someone (Amazon warehouse person? Previous owner??) was signed into Windows. Yikes. That required multiple attempts to reset the computer and reinstall Windows. After updating Windows and all drivers, cleaning the disk, etc, the computer was still moving glacially slow, couldn’t run games newly purchased from Steam, was unable to hold a Wifi signal consistently (despite all other devices in the home doing just fine), and per userbenchmark was operating anywhere between the 65th and 99th percentile for similar machines. SkyTech support attempted to be helpful, but didn’t have much to offer beyond reinstalling Windows again, which resulted in the computer shutting down and not restarting. Unfortunately, it’s a lemon and I wouldn’t buy this computer open-box if it goes back on Amazon.
