      Can’t connect to phone service – Item was good, we believed we could connect to a phone number and not so. Ended up having to purchase another tablet

      No U.S. charger!?!?!? – Tablet came with a Samsung charging cord, but the electric box you plug the cord in to, to plug into an outlet to charge the tablet is foreign! We have no outlets like this in the United States! There should be an adapter included!!! (I took a photo of what came with it, but could not pull it up to attach to this review.

      Yes..it does support VOLTE AND CELLULAR… – I just bought this tablet. I needed a larger tablet with cellular as I am used to my tab A 10.1, which no longer works after the Volte conversion. For those of you wondering will this work on volte, I can say resounding YES! It is a great tablet as my tab A 10.1 was for its time. I need to make sure to tell you that this is an UNLOCKED tablet. The major carriers will typically NOT allow you to use it there as they want to sell you there own for 3 times the price! I have been with straighttalk for many years and switching the S6 was no issue. Matter of fact, I simply took my Sim card out and placed it in and boom, I was up and running. I used 4G switcher app off plaster to confirm it was VOLTE READY…AND YES IT IS. IT EVEN HAS A SETTING on the tablet that you simply turn on. I was with ATT (THRU STRAIGHTTALK), However at this time I am running a TMOBILE sim card. I like straight talk as I can use any of the big 3 cell providers. DO NOT take thus directly to the big 3 cell providers as they won’t connect you.

      Works Perfectly with T-mobile – So I read all the reviews and took a chance. I had another Samsung Tablet with connection through T-mobile, but I wanted something larger and with an s-pen. I was worried a bit with the reviews about connecting through a carrier. Just got it in today. I took the sim card directly from my previous tablet and moved it over to this one. Worked like a charm. As you can see I have my service working in the top right corner. When going through the 2 step process for signing into my Samsung account I even received a text on this tablet. Thanks so much for a great product. Also had the correct charging cord and port for thd USA and everything. Brand new in box! I’m completely satisfied with my purchase!
