3 1/2 stars – I was unsure about replacing before expiring was little worried for mouse but price and screen size and product was like new and functional it’s just the screensaver lock screen during movies has you moving mouse a lot little annoying standby mode? Battery life is exceptional. Didn’t bother to return it I bought my laptop with stickers on the side I recommend to standout even more. Loved the brand. Hope review is helpful when buying new or like new used laptop.

Great for surfing internet and emailing!! – Bought this for Mom when her last Chromebook died. This Samsung Chromebook does not disappoint. She only needs to use it for emails and surfing the Internet and use for plenty of speed and power for that. I created a Google account for her previously so everything loaded onto the new Chromebook really once she entered her Google login info. Now everything she wants saved is synced to her Google drive so no future worries about transferring data from one computer to the next. Easy peasy!

Decent for education but the screen quality is mediocre – My 2 boys (2nd grade and kinder) received school/ISD-issued chromebooks for home learning during this pandemic. While we were grateful for the loaner chromebooks, their 11 inch screen with low resolution screen was hard to use for young kids (hard to click tiny answer boxes and etc.). So I decided to invest and purchased 2 of these. While both units looked the same, the chargers were different. One allows you to connect/remove the USB-C cable from the charging adaptor while the other one was one piece charger+cable.
