Well made. – It’s as good as a Google Chromebook can be. Well made. Nice keystrokes. The volume is a bit lacking, but that’s what headphones are for. The screen is clear. It holds a charge well, too. One star deducted because of the volume. Otherwise, this is a good computer.

Grandparents Love it – I bought this computer for my grandparents, who are not very computer savvy. If you’re familiar with Android in any way, you’ll be comfortable enough with Chrome OS. The battery life on this little thing is much better than I imagined, and sleep mode uses barely any power. My grandmother needed more digital independence with a larger screen to be able to communicate with family and friends; this computer does that with ease. If you’re looking for something for either someone unfamiliar with computers, or looking for a productivity solution, this would be a great option.

Exactly what I wanted – I am more than happy with this machine. A lifelong Windows user, this is my first Chromebook. It does everything I need it to without all the headaches associated with a windows based computer. Has made my computer usage so much more enjoyable. Windows had it’s place earlier in my life and work, but this machine and platform is so much better for surfing the web, research and social media. Have had it 9 months and after heavy daily use it is as good today as the day I received it. This a solid performer with great battery life and features. Great seller ! Wish I would have bought this long ago.

Decent Laptop – Laptop looks brand new. No scratches or stickers on cover. Using it to type this review. I am rusty typing as I’ve just used a touchscreen fire tablet for so long. Having used chrome, it was super easy to just log into my account once I plugged it in and hooked up to my Wi-Fi.

Rubbish screen, otherwise excellent. – Nice quality build, good to use. However, the screen has very poor viewing angles and contrast. Not noteable when working with documents or bright pages, but when watching a video the dark areas look light or almost inverted sometimes. Even the black bar at top and bottom will look different to each other – I could not find an eye level in which one or both bars didn’t look grey / backlit. I compared to an older HP Chromebook 14-ca043cl 14″ which has a much better screen (blacks are black and good viewing angle).
