Very handy USB hub for my needs – First, a caution which applies to ALL USB hubs: more USB sockets does not necessarily mean you can use more USB devices simultaneously. If you want more USB devices usable at the same time, do some reading online about the way a PC manages USB devices. And consider plugging this Sabrent hub into a USB-2 port rather than a USB-3 port. The overall speed may be slower but the number of simultaneous ports available will be larger. It seems you can have high speed or connectivity but not both simultaneously, at least in the Windows 10 world. You may want to keep a USB 3 port on the PC empty, so it’s available when you need high speed such as for a backup drive or DVD player.

Has just the right amount of ports for my purposes. – I have enough USB ports on my PC to accommodate most of my needs, but two of the ports are on the front of my tower. This is not a major problem, but if I decide to download photos from my camera I have to unplug the USB device that is plugged in there. This hub allows me to have access to four additional ports without having to unplug anything. So far it works great.

If you’re having issues, it’s likely the port you’re plugging it into not the hub’s fault – This thing has pretty sweet throughput, and power. If you’re experiencing issues getting all the devices to work it’s likely that the USB port you plugged the hub into doesn’t have enough dedicated lanes to take advantage of the whole hub. If that’s the case try to fill it to just 3, or 4 devices and see where it stops after that.

Love this hub – I just purchased my second Sabrent 10-Port (7+3 charging) USB 3.0 Hub. I have one connected to my desktop and bought a second for my laptop. I was always running out of USB ports, but now, even if I do, the Sabrent’s cables are long enough that it’s right in arms reach. If I need (seldom) I can switch out a connection. I purchased my first Sabrent hub in February of 2021. I’ve never had any port conflicts. No problems of any kind. This hub just works perfectly. Purchased this second one in December 2022. I would definitely recommend.

Durable and Functional – I bought the Sabrent 4-Port USB 3.0 Hub with Individual LED Power Switches (HB-UM43) over a year ago and it’s still going strong. So, I bought another one just in case I damaged the first one. I highly recommend this little device. It’s durable and functional. It’s does exactly what it is supposed to do.

A Great Little Device – This is a great little hub. Very small footprint, with a lighted on/off switch for each port, making it easy to control individual devices that aren’t needed all the time and to see that everything is connected properly. I’ve had one for several years and like it so much that I just bought a second for additional connections. The cord connecting to the device to the computer (or other input device) on the new version is a little longer than my original one; everything else seems the same.

Perfect for a Mini-pc and iPhone charging – The 10-port hub with charging is perfect for Mini-pc’s, like https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B2RHXLDK. It allows all of the devices like mouse, keyboard, speakers, garmin, and camera. And the powered ports make charging an iPhone simple and easy.
