      Had Potential. – I really like this desktop and it worked well for the games I play. The issue I had was I later purchased a second monitor and neither the hdnmi or dvi connected to the motherboard worked. The Geforce HDMI/DVI outputs were the only ones I was able to use.

      One of the better pre-built PCs at this price point. – A great option if you are in the market for a pre-built gaming PC that can also do well with some CPU heavy tasks. The case features good ventilation, relatively subtle RGB lighting, tasteful stiling, and plenty of room to work if you plan on upgrading some components in the future. There is also a headphone holder built in, which is a nice touch. Build quality is good; better cable management than what you typically see in a pre-built, but not perfect. Cooling could use an improvement and the fans get quite loud when you tax the system.

      Decent computer, bad fans – UPDATE 2: Temps started going to 60C when idle… I returned the computer. It lost access to the bios and talked to ASUS. They had me update the bios and drivers, which I’m turn stopped the whole computer from booting. ASUS said the motherboard was most likely defective a most likely a defective fan, and wanted me to send to them.

      Decent computer, bad fans – UPDATE 2: Temps started going to 60C when idle… I returned the computer. It lost access to the bios and talked to ASUS. They had me update the bios and drivers, which I’m turn stopped the whole computer from booting. ASUS said the motherboard was most likely defective a most likely a defective fan, and wanted me to send to them.

      Loud – Overall the system is great but as others have noted, it’s loud. As I’m typing this, the CPU temps are bouncing between 71 and 81 C and the fans keep kicking on and all I’m doing is browsing Amazon. I haven’t seen it go above 88C when gaming with Ultra settings so whatever they did, it’s not reaching throttling temps but the one fan is LOUD! Weird because they promote it as super quiet,

      Everything – I game, ALOT. So when I was playing a simple game such as world of Warcraft and having no other programs open my CPU temps were 80°C. Which if some of the nerds know is up there for not much stress. GET A NEW CASE and I got a AIO and now it is sitting pretty around 30-35°C. PLEASE GET A NEW CASE AND CPU COOLER. Also the PSU, YES THE PSU WHICH YOU WILL FIND NOWHERE is 550w bronze plus. I had a different system and upgraded to a gold 600w which helps with extra fans, new cooler, more Ram, etc. so notes to take away from this
