Copies Yielded – NOT as advertised! – I have always used the manufacturer name brand cartridges, in my HP printer. I purchased this particular cartridge, in Feb. 2020; and, I am retired and only use for personal use. It states that it will print up to 3100 copies. Ten months later leaves me quite disappointed, in the actual number of copies this cartridge yielded. Over 600 copies to reach max printing capacity. I keep getting a LOW cartridge warning, fading and lighter print. Not sure if HP stands behind this product? Of course, I am over the time limit to return the item, for a credit/replacement. I do not like to post negative comments; but, for the price HP needs to tweak and increase the amount of toner they put into these cartridges. Certainly, not what I expected from HP. In the past, they have always been reliable and fairly close to their statement of copies to be yielded from their quality cartridges. I will continue to use this cartridge until it completely dies……

Great for a home office on a time and $ budget-lasts over a year for me – I used to have a non-laser printer. I made the trips to the store for replacement cartridges, it felt like every time I turned around. I decided to go to a laser printer, brand name for my home office. SO glad that I did. Each of the first 2 cartridges have lasted me over a year, and are recyclable. I just shipped them off today, and am on cartridge #3. Even when the printer says the ink is getting low, I am able to make it nearly another month. Having the convenience of Amazon takes out all the time to go buy cartridges. Now all I miss are the colors!

Questioinable Authenticity – The iron oxide in the laser cartridge is what create my decals for my pottery images. I have used this technique for years with this same style cartridge. This cartridge will not print my decals which tells me there is none or very little iron oxide as there should be in the cartridge, also leads me to believe the cartridge has been tempered with.

Better than Recycled Cartridge – This item, while relatively straight forward, is superior to many of the toners being offered for sale here on Amazon as well as other places. Why? Because it’s original and isn’t remanufactured.
