concerned about the battery – Calibrated the battery, but won’t charge past 97%. Also, received with computer a black kind of see through mat and a metal bracket with no directions of use or even what they are. Asked the community but received no answer from others who have bought this or the company I bought it from. If anyone knows, please respond. Have 30 days to send it back, will watch the battery because this concerns me!

Great computer, horrible battery life – My son loves this computer, but the battery life is no good. You are lucky if it lasts 90 minutes!! I understand it’s a high performance laptop, but I don’t think 90 minutes is long at all! It is fast and can handle any game. We love everything about this laptop but the battery life.

excellent machine – my ONLY issue was the lack of an embedded number pad. I realize gamers don’t care about this but I wanted a kickass laptop that I could also process large files and run sequel. CUK computer upgrade king was great. received permission to install win 11 and try out an add on num pad. did not remedy my personal situation so I returned the laptop without any problem whatsoever. Highly recommend CUK. give them a look when in the market for great machines.
