Wish I had return it – The computer is okay except I either can not turn on the keyboard back-light or it doesn’t have a back-light. It is very difficult to type in a dark area. I wish I had returned it a couple of weeks ago instead of struggling on how to figure it out.

It says it’s a touchscreen and then says it isn’t. – All things considered, it’s a good laptop. However, we were specifically looking for a touchscreen and this is advertised as having a touchscreen….unless you scroll down further and see where it says “No”. We will most likely be returning it. Fix your ad/description.

Not good for Techs – This a good starter laptop for most people but not for a person who likes to add music to iTunes as it does not have a DVD/CD drive. It only has 2 USB ports so if you want more you will need an adapter. If I had known all this I would not have purchased.

Laptop up – I really like the compactness…however this unit does have enough ports for add on devices such as SD card, flash drives, etc.

Good for a year – now it’s junk – Was pretty good out of the box and for about a year or so. Now, it’s a piece of junk – not even usable. And I only used it on some weekend trips for general web surfacing/email along with remoting into my work computer. I am now sworn off of HP laptops. I’m typing this from my HP all-in-one desktop, which is amazing, but this laptop is now useless to me.
