Underpowered, but cheap – Very underpowered laptop, similar to a Fire tablet or Chromebook and very little memory. May be able to add upgraded memory and RAM, but then I’ll have didn’t as much as buying a better rig right out of the box. If you’re in a pinch, it’s a good deal for limited usage, though.

Okay computer – This computer is a good deal for its price and It is well refurbished. It came with new windows 11 and was completely restored to be like new. Mine crashed or had some technical issues within the first week of use, I’m sure could have been resolved with tech support but I was in a rush with a time frame and didn’t have time to wait for a replacement or for the company to answer back as o bought mine for school purposes. Overall decent computer for price and to be refurbished.

Great value, lightweight, works great! – After having a Chromebook, because that’s what my children use at school, and absolutely hating it I wanted to go back to a regular laptop. This one came at a great price and was a great deal and absolutely love it. Everything works flawlessly the color is great setting up the printer on it was super easy doing anything I need on it has proven to be really simple and it works great. I feel the processing speed for what I do which is just some light office work and using Microsoft word has been perfect My HP printer hooked up to it and works great, the Wi-Fi works well. I just think it’s a great computer for the price and the value and I would definitely order again.

Good for work. – While setting up the laptop I noticed that there were two scratches on the laptop in total, one being more of a scratch than the other. Hardly noticeable, although overall it looked brand new. I have no real complaints as of yet while using it. It’s what I expected, I knew it is not a computer meant for gaming but more for getting some work done. I can easily open 12 tabs, have a youtube vid running and open a word document but it is not going to run Minecraft on the lowest settings, I mean it can but its unplayable in my opinion.
