Changed my review! – Headline should say it all. I haven’t bogged it down with anything, and I keep searching and failing to find anything that would make it so sluggish. It ran perfectly fine the first few days, and then out of nowhere it started to slow down to an irritating speed (or lack thereof). I’ll be seeing if I can return.

Don’t buy Refurbished items! – The laptop was dirt slow to startup/setup. It couldn’t stay connected to my WiFi. Plus, it randomly shutdown on me 4 times. Don’t waste your time and money!
