Love acer but my new 17.3 laptop had a battery charging problem – My new acer 17.3 only took a little over 2 hours the first charge cycle, but the next charge cycle took over 17 hours. I checked all connections did a hard reboot no luck. I called acer support,went through all their routine checks and could not resolve the issue. That call took more than an hour. Acer support needed 119.00$ to send for inspection which I declined. Then I called Amazon and in less than 10 minutes received a return label and a replacement unit. Thanks Amazon.
