This is NOT A TOUCH SCREEN! – This computer is bigger than I expected, but the most disappointing was that it was advertised as a TOUCHSCREEN on page with others. It is a fine value, but my main reason for purchasing was that it was a touchscreen.

Buyer beware and I hope you have hours to spend on the phone – So after being a faithful HP customer for decades I will probably change my preferred product. My driver on my pad went out. After 7.5 hours of multiple calls to hp- 3 hours of rebooting – going to the post office 1 month no laptop – do not buy
