Great computer for gaming – Great laptop

Again… Amazing laptop… But… – As a previous commenter noted this laptops taper tape had been messed with before arrival. Which would leave one to wonder is this laptop refurbished and how does it affect my warranty because if it does I definitely want answers.

Nice Device, but… – This computer so far has been great! Runs and plays my games with ease, no issues there. Beyond the good game play, this thing is quick! Bootup takes seconds which I love. 1TB, 32GB version. My ONLY issue is I think this came to me refurbished, as the warranty sticker covering one of the screw holes on the bottom has been ripped, as if someone has already been inside this device. Unless I missed it, there is no mention on here that this laptop is pre-owned and/or refurbished. I’m unsure at this point if this device is covered under the manufacturer warranty due to that sticker being tampered with.

Response to some of the reviews on this product.. – Some of the reviewers on this product have noted that it appears a screw seal is missing which may imply the laptop is refurbished. I believe if you have over 16gb of memory, they have to open it up to install the extra chips to make it 32gb or 64gb….that’s a rather standard practice and the warranty should still apply unless it’s obvious you’ve done something else to modify the internals of the computer. I installed my own memory on a Dell and then had to get some warranty work done and they didn’t have any questions. Hope this helps.
