Great pc but first time I gamed the q button got stuck. Very first game. – Description says it all. Very disappointed that a pc made for gaming. The most used key in one of the biggest games gets stuck on the very first game. Otherwise it holds up.. For now.

Buy a different laptop – I ordered this laptop through Amazon after reading favorable reviews online. When I opened it up, plugged it in and try to fire it up for the first time, nothing happened. I called MSI customer support and they had me try doing a factory reset twice. Still nothing. I apparently missed some reviews online which warned about this type of thing happening with this particular machine. A brand new laptop should not have this kind of problem, which makes me wonder how reliable it really would be if it worked. I am returning it and recommend that potential buyers stay away from this product.

Tiny boy! – It’s smaller then I thought it would be. Also I had to BUY a D drive separately because it only has a C DRIVE!! Lol

Advertised as “New” but it shows signs of minor usage and scratches. – Ordered a new unit to get a flawless looking laptop but it was very disappointing to see these imperfections right away.

Good computer but shows sign of prior use, when it was purchased “new” – Received the laptop and it had a small dent on the top as well as the power brick has a lot of scratches directly on it, indicating it is not a “new” product, which is what it was advertised and bought as. Buy elsewhere.
