Died after 3 months of light use – Very happy with price/value and appearance. Functioned perfectly for 3 months during which I barely used it. It died without warning. Luckily I had purchased Asurion. They reviewed and inspected and declared it dead/unfixable and reimbursed me in full. I gave the seller a chance to respond and offer solutions but they declined.

Fraudulent – Laptop arrived saying it needed battery service (and not holding much charge at all). Amazon told me to take it to Apple store. When I took it to Apple store, they said that not only did the battery need to be replaced, but *this macbook had been brought in already*, and Apple *told the owner* this. And Amazon attempted to pass it off without repairing anyway, despite its *specific promise* regarding battery capacity.

Awesome product. – The product looks as good as new. No dent or blemish observed. Although battery life not as good as new but can last up to 5 hours on minimal task when fully charged. I’ve updated the software and it works and fast as well. Quite disappointed with the charger and cord but they work well too. Came in a generic box well protected and arrived 4 days earlier as was scheduled to arrive on my birthday. Good product generally however if it dies off on me before the 3 month warranty I’ll definitely comeback here and give a bad review like the first review.
