      Keyboard stopped working after 12 days of use – Keyboard stopped working after 12 days of use and I cannot fix it. Tried to rstart, update and even so the keyboard is not working , only the virtual one on the touch screen . I’m waiting for a return from Amazon assiistance or Microsoft to see if it can be fixed but it was a great disapointment, moreover considering my classes are gointo strat next week and I really need a laptop.

I have a podcast studio in the opposite end of the house as my wifi, which my other PC and a Chromebook I tried wouldn’t stay connected to stream podcast. This Surface is epic, it not only has perfect connection, it allows me to do multiple things at once while live streaming a podcast. It’s not what isn’t compatible but there’s a LOOKYING smart pen that works perfect for under $15,
