It came with Windows 10S which is easily switched in the MS Store (but cannot be switched back should you want to be limited to only apps from the MS Store) and can be upgraded to Windows 11 for free. It was packed carefully and came in an original Surface box, and literally arrived about eighteen hours after I ordered it. Lifesaver, because my other laptop died at work and I needed this in a hurry. I’m very happy with my purchase and the seller – excellent value.
