Refurb product doesn’t work – Purchased this refurb and does not work. Turns on but screen is black. Prompted to ‘restart’ or ‘repair’, neither option worked and screen remained black. Worked with tech support and they could not fix. Returning.

Buy with confidence. Customer service is amazing – UPDATE: After over a year, it’s still going strong. Have had zero issues with the computer and it’s still just as fast as the day I bought it. Ended up using it way more than I intended to and it’s travelled all over the country. Again, no issues. When I go to purchase another (my wife really wants one now), I’ll be buying through these guys.
