Does what I hoped it would! – I bought one to connect to a TV. The unit came shrink-wrapped, and everything that was listed was in the box. After turning it on and going through the set-up for Windows 11, I downloaded some apps like YouTube TV, and Xfinity Stream. Also downloaded Libre Office. Everything installed and works fine. Streaming Netflix and Prime Video also work fine. I was concerned about the heat generated by the unit after reading other reviews about it running hot, but the heat generated was not excessive, and was about what I expected; warm for sure, but not hot enough that I couldn’t touch the the unit. Small form factor made it easy to find a spot for it near the TV. Went through a Windows cumulative update with no problems. Plugged USB camera into it, and used it to Zoom family. Worked flawlessly. Only issue I had was setting up the time zone. It wouldn’t let me use Windows config/setup, so I used the command line to set it. After two weeks, it’s done everything I hoped it would, but I’m also not a serious gamer.
