Great customer service – I purchased this tablet roughly 8 months ago and it worked out great but I did have some issues with it later down the road nothing that couldn’t be fixed. After being in contact with the company and being 100% satisfied with ther customer service and having all problems resolved and then going beon for my satisfaction, I would recommend this tablet to anyone looking for great value for money on a wonderful product that works the same if not better than the competition. The battery life is a 9/10 even after using it all day if hold a great charge! The touch screen has not failed me yet!

Excellent value tablet – I purchased this for my mother to replace her very old Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. The build quality on this tablet is just top notch and comparable to her Samsung. The included keyboard and mouse is a wonderful extra bonus. The case is well made too. Performance is outstanding. Very fast response and the display is beautiful. Battery life is awesome. It’s hard to believe the performance of this tablet for the price. I am considering purchasing another one for my self. Do not hesitate to purchase this tablet. It is a steal for the price.

I just wanted something cheap for household management tasks, to display recipes while I cook, and play my games on. Set up was simple, the only glitch I’ve ran into was getting the mouse to connect. I do wish that the included stand held the keyboard in place but I put some velcro on the bottom and that’s working fine. I also wish all the charge ports were the same on the keyboard and tablet itself but again, just a minor thing. Overall I would recommend this tablet for adult use if you don’t need anything fancy.

Can’t connect to the internet….but wait! – 10/14: Delivery and Unboxing was flawless but I can’t connect via Bluetooth, Hotspot or WiFi. I’ve wasted 9 hours over two days trying to get this light-up paperweight to connect……Nothing. Incredibly disappointed. Update 10/21: My initial expectation was that I would be using this right out of the box without issue. With some patience on my part I was able to use the tablet on both WiFi and hotspot. It’s a little slow to boot up and connect but there is no issue once connected. I’m a homeschool parent and my child can effortlessly watch school videos etc. As of now I am happy and would recommend this product to anyone wanting to buy an affordable tablet of good quality. I should also point out that this company is excellent. They contacted me and offered to replace the item within a day of my previous review. I am happy to say that will not be necessary and I look forward to buying from them in the future.
