      Poor Quality and Warranty Service – This computer went to a black screen within 6 weeks of purchase. There was no local warranty center and had to ship to CA. Been waiting a week with no response from the repair center.

      Capable Laptop – The laptop is quite fast, fine resolution and good sound for a laptop. I prefer the fingerprint reader but the facial recognition does work with the flashing red camera light.

      High quality, good value – This is a replacement for my HP Vectra that is starting to have problems. Package arrived on time & easy to set up. Half the weight of my old Vectra. Clear, large screen. Have to get used to off-center keyboard (due to separate numeric keypad) and Windows 11 OS, but otherwise no complaints. I don’t use the touchscreen feature yet but look forward to playing with it.
