Great laptop..battery life is poor – Love the laptop…quad processor and very good condition. No fault of the seller..it just has a poor quality internal battery with limited capacity

Only Worked Two Weeks – This computer was crap. When I turned it on the very first time, I noticed a fan issue, though that seemed to lessen over the two weeks the computer was working. Then after two weeks, I turn it on and get repeated (tried like 50 times) a “Critical Process Died” code. Unfortunately, by that time I had traveled back overseas where I live part-time, so I am seeing if I can repair it at my own expense. My recommendation is do NOT purchase a refurbished laptop from Amazon, or at least this vendor. A complete waste of money.
