Laptop seemed to be great at first… – Got this laptop because my t440p was much heavier and thicker. When I got the laptop, it was in pretty good condition (better than my t440p), charger was included, and Windows 10 was pre-installed. I went to type in a pin when setting up Windows, and 5 on the number row didn’t work. That wasn’t immediately a huge deal, I thought the keyboard just needed cleaning. I took the key off, and used compressed air to get any dust out from under the key. It still didn’t work. I knew keyboards on Thinkpads could be replaced, so I looked online to see what it would take to replace it myself. Turns out you have to take the entire laptop apart. It’s only the one key as far as I can tell, but this laptop wasn’t sold to me in a fully-functional state, and I have resorted back to my t440p until I can pay someone to replace the keyboard.

DOES NOT COME WITH INTERNAL BATTERY – Great refurb no complaints other than no fingerprint scanner and no internal battery. Also it comes with the bulging external battery not the sleek low profile external battery.

Good extra laptop – too glitchy as a main computer – I bought this laptop to be able to do use my bookkeeping software and do work related tasks without being confined to my office. It’s is a handy portable screen that I can use to work off of what is being stored on my main PC. I really enjoy using it, but it has little glitches. For example, there is a point on the touch screen that my mouse will sometimes get stuck on and the only way to use the mouse is to turn the screen off and then back on. Also, it doesn’t turn on sometimes after it has been charged. I have to remove the battery, wait a few moments, put the battery back, and then it turns on and has a full battery. So I would recommend this laptop as an extra screen to help make your work portable, but it might not be reliable enough as your main computer.

This device does not come with an internal battery – This experience was a 4 out of 5 due to the hassle I had to go through with this seller. The device itself worked as expected, except it was missing the internal battery that is the base component of this laptop. This laptop is supposed to come with two batteries the internal and the external battery and it was missing the internal battery. After much back and forth, the seller took the appropriate steps to resolve this issue by sending me the internal battery. I greatly appreciate that but I just wish that there was less jumping through hoops to have you guys resolve this.
