Had to return – This laptop was exactly what I ordered! I was so excited to get it from my mailbox once Amazon said it was delivered!! It was delivered with almost a fully charged battery, but once I used it for two days, the battery % had gotten down to about 30 %.. I plugged it in to charge and I was not able to charge it. I contacted lenovo tech support. Couldn’t figure it out. Said it was either a bad charger port in the laptop, or a bad charger. Unfortunate for me.. I do intend to buy from this company again
