      Mildly satisfied – The machine is kind of old and the screen resolution maxs out at 1274 or something. This is my biggest problem with the screen resolution doesn’t get smaller. It’s kind of annoying when I do certain jobs.

      Really wholesome. Decent renewed product for a fair market price! – The delivery took around a little over a week, so it wasn’t ideal. But the product itself was carefully packaged and came intact.

      THIS IS GREAT OVERALL IM A REGULAR THINK PAD USER ALL OF THEM ARE GREAT – I HAVE PURCHASED THESE BRANDS FOR YEARS THE ONE I STILL HAVE IS GOING ON 5 YEARS AND STILL AMAZING , MY CHIDLREN NOW USE IT OFTEN AND I STIIL KEEP IN MY OFFICE FOR THEM TO USE , AFTER 5 YEARS I NEED TO REPLACE THE BATTERY

      Battery did not work, BUT they sent a new one. – The battery does not work at all. Laptop will only work if it is plugged in. Customer service has stated that they would send me a new battery, so this review is pending an update on the new battery. They quickly sent me a replacement battery and it quickly charged to full charge. They were very quick in replying to my concerns and addressed them accordingly.
