Worst computer ever! – I got a gift card for my birthday and really wanted a desktop computer. I am actually surprised that they are still very expensive sense most folks go with chrome books etc. I looked around to find something that was affordable not too fancy but would do what I wanted to use it for. I came across this refurbished and and thought well it should be in decent shape and it’s a good price. Boy, was i wrong! I have owned desktops in the past and this thing should not be sold. I was hesitant with the reviews but it seemed that some folks actually got lucky. Let me start out by saying it’s been a horrible experience from the begging. one, the package was supposed to be delivered like a day after my birthday and was literally on hold at the carrier facility not far from me for a while. two i heard the delivery driver drop it on the floor outside my door in our apartment building. i go out and find the box is all beat up. I open it and find most of the product is not packaged in any way to protect it and could freely move around in the box. at this point i am praying the product isn’t damaged and was excited to finally have a desktop computer. when i plugged everything in i noticed the plugs where all lose and didn’t want to stay in . i noticed also that the screen base was all wobbly and not very secure. this computer doesn’t have regular internet it comes with a usb connection to have wifi but it’s a pain. everything about this computer is slower than heck and nothing wants to load properly also come to find out the sound doesn’t work at all. i am not completely computer illiterate and very good at figuring things out when there are no directions or much help but this thing is confusing and nothing about it is normal. Anyway, it may be a good price but completely not worth it and I am returning for a full refund and plan on just saving up for a brand new desktop for i am not going to risk having to return another refurbished one. funny how they want to put a guarantee but it’s the worst electronic i have every owned period. good luck ya all!
