Computer works like it should, charger not compatible – The Lenovo N23 Yoga works great, but the charger it came with was not compatible. Amazon resolved it with a new, different brand charger that works, but it was a bit of a hassle.

Touch screen failure – I bought this expecting to be able to write down notes and stuff like the picture showed but my touch screen barley works, it’ll occasionally work but the screen wont detect my finger or any stylus as well as it should. Other than that it’s a pretty decent laptop.

Be aware that you may not get the keyboard layout you expect – The Chromebook is fine, pretty much exactly as you’d expect if you were at all familiar with this model. Convertible, touchscreen, Android apps, good performance, portable, good keyboard & touchpad, etc. It’s a good, more rugged alternative to something like the Acer R11. Also the price was a steal! The only downside is that the model being sold here, or at least the one I received has a Canadian English ISO keyboard instead of a US ANSI one. If you’re not familiar with the differences, the keys are mostly in the same location mechanically, and this Canadian one has some extra symbols printed on the keycaps (which you can ignore, especially if you touch-type,) but ISO keyboards most frustratingly have a tiny left Shift key (with an additional smaller copy of the Backslash key that just gets in the way) and narrower/taller Enter key (it kind of morphs positions with the normal Backslash key.) This is something you can live with, and it’s something I’ve dealt with before on another laptop, but it does slow down your typing (specifically in that your left and right fifth digits [or “pinkys/pinkies”] will hit Backslash keys instead of the Left Shift and Enter keys, respectively.) Still, in the end I kept this device because it’s absolutely worth it; I just wish the seller was more accurate with the product description.

Looks and seems new works great – Im aware it not a high performance machine. It works as it should looks NEW no scratches. It does all i need for accessing school websites it has great battery life. For the price its an absolute steal.

Fabulous buy! – I had ordered an HP Chromebook in November 2021 to begin online courses with, well I had it with me at one of my daughter’s wrestling tournaments, and the screen got busted. So I had to find a new one fast and TADA! I found this one! And I absolutely LOVE it! Especially since it’s a 2-n-1 and touchscreen, whereas my HP was not. And the price is affordable also. Definitely worth getting!!!

I saved more than $125.00 on a Razor keyboard around Christmas 2021. That came the same way. Perfect.! This laptop is perfect for daily basic use. Not a gamer. But good for everything else.
