Exactly what I expected – This is perfectly operating refurbished Chromebook. It arrived timely and intact in a box with a functioning charger. This is not a laptop computer. It is most useful for checking email, web browsing, streaming video, even some light gaming. I was able to play Quake through a Chrome Extension. Good times!

Love it! – I bought three of these and let me tell you; you CANNOT go wrong. However, the black vinyl they tried to apply to cover the engraving sucked. They didn’t apply it correctly so when I opened the boxes it was bubbled up and and where they touched the sides to apply wasn’t sticking. I just took all the vinyl off and put a good size sticker there and as a bonus, I can tell who’s laptop belongs to who. We have had no issues with speakers, screens, setups, connections, ect. One is a heavy gamer, one is in graphic design, and one is a YouTube head and video chatter … not a single complaint. Ages: Two are teens and one is a preteen. I haven’t used them so I cannot talk about battery life, but no one has complained. I have typed some on each and that went beautifully with no lag. They even have a handle to carry them by. You really can’t beat this!
