Works for kids, does lag from time to time (expected), definitely heavier – First thing I will say about this is that the device is heavy due to the casing. It is protective but should still be supervised when children are using it in case they are holding this over their face when laying down. The next thing I will say is that the only real difference on this tablet compared to the smaller size tablet is that this one has a larger screen. It will have either similar specifications or weaker (many newer kids tablet have at least 3 GB now) so be aware of that. The specifications are very basic which you should know before purchasing this. You should not expect something that is blazing fast or lag free. In terms of children usage, this tablet has the needed specifications to run most of the children application. You may still experience some lag here and there. It is more noticeable when you are switching between the different applications. There are times the application may lag a bit at first when you load it but it levels off and runs okay after a few seconds. The children UI does the job but it is not lag free. This tablet does run on a bit of a stripped down version of Android in case you ever want to use android. You do need to setup through android first before you can access the childrens UI. That being said, it still has a bit of bloatware which I would highly recommend getting rid of. The nice thing about it having that android OS is that in the future if your child outgrows the children application, they can actually just switch the the android. However the device can be a bit slow, so if you do switch to just android you should know that it does have limited resources. It does have a quad core processor but it only has two GB of ram. I wish it had three GB of ram (like many of the newer kids tablet) at least to give it a better performance but it will work for now. It runs android 11 which is not too old. The android OS can still be very ram intensive just with basic usage. In terms of if you can get android 12, I did not see any update while using this nor do I expect it to get an update for that. I would always recommend that you stick with the children’s UI interface as this is the UI is optimized for 2 GB of ram. They cannot exit the application without a password and there will be notified the moment they try to close the application if you set it up that way. The software is not perfect but it does a decent job for the most part. The tablet can run most kids games pretty well. There is a slight lag and possible crash between application changes. The screen size is 10 inches with okay resolution. It does come with a case preinstalled. It is a simple thick blue case. You can be sure that it is a protective, but it does make the tablet a bit heavier. It can be hard to grip for a child due to the thicker case so be aware of that. It also will hurt if it happens to fall on your foot or something so handle with care. The case does hug the tablet pretty tightly so you do not have to worry about it being taken out by a child. Honestly I am not even sure you can remove the tablet from this case. It does the job in protecting the tablet from drops and such. My nephew has dropped this a few times and so far nothing bad has happened. It is not entirely protective as if it was dropped directly on an edged corner and hit the screen directly than it could be damaged. The blue case is bright and easy to spot. It is also easy to get noticeably dirty easily. I would recommend just wiping it down every few days. Avoid using alcohol because I noticed the material starting to peel. The is a very sturdy stand on the back so you can prop up the tablet. The angle can be adjusted as needed which is nice but too much and the weight of the tablet actually will cause it to fall on itself. It does not take up too much effort to open but it holds into place pretty well. It is a pretty big stand so you should not have to worry about it not being able to support much weight. Because it is a simple plastic stand, it does worry me about long term use or if the tablet were to fall off the table with the stand out. It has a camera and the thick case does not effect the lighting when taking a picture. The camera is not going to be the best quality but it gets the job done. The case being thick makes it is also harder to scratch the camera lenses. It is easy to clean with just a simple wipe. As stated before, it can run as a normal android tablet if you want it to which is nice as it could grow with the child. Unfortunately the tablet running on android OS can be a bit slow but it does do the basics like youtube and web browsing from when I tried it. It definitely will not run any android games unfortunately without significant lag. The android user interface is pretty much just like any other android. Upon boot up, I would recommend removing as much unneeded application from the tablet as you can to improve the device performance. I usually have to remove it from the app store which is the easiest way in my opinion. I would say it is a basic tablet and it does the job for kids. The screen feels a pretty smooth which means you will get finger prints on it. The battery life is not too bad but I do notice that it does drain a bit faster than other tablets. I am not sure if it is because of the screen but it is not too much of a difference. It can last up to six hours on use. It does discharge while on standby. It can last several days on standby before you need to recharge it. The next thing about this is the children’s app. There is an app that pretty much turns the tablet into a children friendly tablet. The parents have full control over it down to setting up a password to prevent someone from closing the application. The application is works pretty well for the most part. I have not had too much issues with running out of space with the applications installed. Some applications are paid to avoid ads and such but for the most part it runs everything free of charge. The 32 gb was more than enough to store everything needed. I did not see any spot for expandable memory size. The applications are pretty challenging depending on the game or application so be aware of that. Even for an adult, I had some issues with a few of these games because it required you to solve something in less than two to three seconds. There is no youtube installed but I did see youtube kids. That being said this was like two out of several application that was a bit challenging. Both the UI have stores were they can get new applications. For the most part, it is a great tool to help kids learn and give them practice on things like memory. Some of the applications do require payment to get but you can avoid this if needed. It will require you password to purchase so you child cannot accidentally purchase it. I do wish they could have put youtube kids on the app so the kids have some access to that. You have to actually exit the application in order to get to youtube kids and I wish the app could be opened from inside the children app. I assume this just has to do with google not wanting to integrate their system into this. In order to exit the app though, the child will have to have to know the parental password so it kind of defeats the purpose. There are several games from math to basic shapes. Everything has a level pretty much and majority of them are free although I did see some applications you had to pay for. The sound quality is okay. The case is pretty thick and there is a very strong stand on the back so you can have it lean if needed. Overall I think this device for what the cost is and the usage is perfect. If you are trying to find a good tablet that you have more control over and provides your child with a ton of different learning tools this works. It will grow with them and eventually you could just turn it into a normal android tablet although it is not the most responsive tablet. Honestly it lags a bit. It will run basic applications but nothing that is ram intensive as it only has two GB. There 32 gb memory is more than enough for what most children application require. The tablet design is very simple design and the screen touch responsiveness is actually pretty strong compared to other tablets. The only thing I wish is that it had a bit more ram and a handlebar of sort to hold the tablet.

My little one’s cute and lovely companion!!! – I bought this as birthday gift to my son on his 4th birthday, was little skeptical to spend so much on a new brand rather than going for already well known brands but liked the bundle of features you are getting with this like 1.6 GHZ quad processor,10-INCH screen which has low blue light feature which adjusts brightness automatically which grabbed my attention along with dual camera as my son loves taking photos. The quality of picture and videos is so much better than I expected for the price. Case is light weighted(colors are kid friendly and attractive) and I feel a bit more assured than with other electronics my kid usually handles. The battery life is amazing! Pre-installed Kidoz and parental control really loved that I do not have to worry about anything in appropriate being advertised. Running on Android makes it simple to use and download any number of learning apps from Playstore as per the kids requirements. I felt this is how kids learn while playing. Now no regrets on buying this tablet and has become my luteone’s companion. I would definitely recommend to buy this.

My 3 year old loves this. Glad I bought it. – Recently my 3 year old smashed his IPAD and everysince I wanted to buy a replacement and didn’t want to spend $200+ dollars on an iPad. I found this alternative on Amazon for him to watch his videos and play his games. And oh boy, I should have bought this way before and saved myself $200(which I spent on iPad).
