Good for kids games, nice size and case – This is a nice tablet for kids (and really only kids), it about the size of an iPad Mini. Setup is easy, just turning it on and waiting a couple minutes. It doesn’t require internet, the included games run just fine on their own. They’re not very fun though, tbh. Many of the Montessori games are redundant and overly simplistic. The painting app didn’t really wow me either. Not a deal breaker since I can download whatever I want from the Google play store.

Excellent value for the money, but…. – The first one I ordered arrived with a cracked screen. It was simple to order a replacement and it arrived within 2 days. I believe the problem was limited to just that one unit because the casing around the screen was popping in and out of place. The replacement is in impeccable condition and that issue is nonexistent. Functionality- wise, it’s excellent. Much faster operating speeds than similar ones and the screen quality is superb! Perfect for kids and adults alike (just remove the cover for adults). The sound quality seems nice, too, for what it is…. and honestly… the price is unbeatable for the larger 10″ combined with quality. And my kids go through A LOT of tablets so that’s saying something.

Not durable for kids – I bought this for my grandsons 5th birthday. He didn’t even have it 2 weeks before the screen cracked when it fell off his lap onto a linoleum floor. The screen protector was on it. Definitely buy the protection plan if you purchase this or you will be buying a new one as soon.

Good tablet for traveling with kids. Keeps them occupied. – This tablet is a great idea for travel. Most of the games and activities are for a little bit older child The battery life is about 2 days with use. We left it unused for a week though and it was completely dead, so even without use, the battery life is probably no more than a few days. The iWawa app that comes pre-loaded is full of great educational activities, songs, and resources for children. It has a parental lock that can be customized, but it prohibits children from exiting the app without a parent password (so the home button does not work once you are in the app – it took me a while to figure this out.) All of the resources in iWawa must be opened and unzipped with wifi if you want to be able to use them later without wifi. So, before our flight, I went through and opened several of the resources and games in iWawa so we’d be able to use them in-flight. One issue I have with the iWawa activities is that each activity/game has background music which I don’t think can be turned off. I really dislike this feature, but I suppose you can just mute the whole tablet. The case seems a little thin and flimsy. It is not a hard case but a very flexible rubber. It definitely provides grip for little hands and a little cushion, but I don’t know that it would be enough protection for a hard fall onto concrete. The ring on the back is a great kickstand for the ipad. The screen is sufficiently large and we look forward to using it more for upcoming travel. It’s a great resource or tool for curious kids looking to learn.
