At least they cared – Just purchased a little over a month ago– worked for a while but the XL cartridges should last several months–instead today my printer reports a problem with the cartridges–“installed incorrectly” –reinstalled them and still get the warning along with “if message continues to appear- replaced the indicated cartridge”. Which I did since the printer would not work until i replaced the cartridges. ( After this review posted , the seller reached out to see how they could help. Offered replacement or amazon gift cards- I took the amazon gift cards.)

These work just fine and a lot cheaper than HP – Glad to get these. When you’re connected on line HP checks to be sure you have genuine HP ink. And these were just fine with them, for half the price. We complained to Amazon because they were delivered to the wrong address. Some kind person finally returned them to me.
