      Speed and storage – The computer had everything in it I ask for and it runs well.

      Make sure you know what you are purchasing – It is running well, however, I was extremely disappointed to find out that it was a used tower with 3 year old files in it. Thank God we have a good computer tech and he cleaned the whole unit and it runs well. Nothing in the description said it was used. That made me pretty angry. Next time we will order from best buy.

      False advertisement – The PC is all scratched up (old), keyboard not working at all (PC not recognized) with 6 keys came off keyboard inside the shipping box I have to push each of them back in their place. The system I received has 16gb RAM installed when it advertisement for 32gb. I end up sending it back. If you are not technical person do not buy these renewed PC they are very tricky on their advertisements.

      Great computer works great, clean. Cannot beat the price!! – Received yesterday, very well packaged for mailing. It had everything I needed, came right on and walked me through my setup. I thought there was an issue with the HDMI port but it was actually an HDMI adapter port. I called and spoke with Lindsey in Customer Service and she sent us adapter out the same day. Great Customer Service!!

      Snappy processor with SATA SSD – Amazon took a week to deliver, but arrived in good condition except mouse had a crushed button due to shipping. Not a problem as I had one. Tried to add a nvme adapter card with an nvme ssd and computer wouldn’t accept it, so I copied my existing info through network connections. SSD was not set up as secure boot efi. Overall, good computer for the money.

      Damaged during transit. – I was looking forward to using this computer, but rough handling during shipment has made me return it for a replacement. Still looking forward to using it, when I get it. Despite the damage to the first unit, it looked like it was a quality refurb.
