No storage – I like that it’s small and compact, i didn’t want to lug a big laptop around every day for work. But unfortunately there is absolutely no storage. The storage they say is available is actually almost all used up with what comes on the computer already never mind the updates that come soon after. Even with using an external usb storage it tells me every day it’s full. Can’t even have too many tabs open or it slows all the way down and tells you it can’t open another page.

Perfect, lightweight, fast – I bought this laptop a few weeks ago (with warranty). So far it’s great. College hasn’t started yet so I don’t know how well it will work with classes yet. But it works well with streaming Netflix, Hulu, etc and also works very well if you need to stream your PlayStation 4 or XBox One. (Note that when you download the PS4 Remote app, start it up with your PS4 remote, it will take a few try’s to connect to your PS4 via Wi-Fi unless its in your own home and make sure your PS4 is already on. Im still working on remotely playing my XBox One and setting that up.) The screen is amazing, computer is fast, very lightweight for on the go. Yes, it is a small screen, but it is not ridiculously small that you can’t complete tasks, etc or won’t make viewing your games/movies that difficult. This is not a gaming laptop, by the way, but great to stream and the lagging isn’t that terrible either. Streaming Netflix, Hulu, etc has no lagging. Great Laptop!

Uninstall and Reinstall Windows – When I received the laptop of course it had the S Mode installed. I switched it to windows 10 and the computer ran super slow after that. It would take 60 seconds to respond to a command, so I started a return. Then I decided to try and uninstall and then reinstall windows and now the computer works perfectly! I run a business with it so I have multiple tabs open at one a couple of software downloads and so far its responding great and its meeting the needs of my business ***Update to this review the Laptop shuts off in the middle of using it and takes a couple of hours to turn back on and now after only 8 months of owning this Laptop it has shut down for the last time and will not turn back on. I do not recommend this Laptop ***

I hate PCs…… This is a great deal – I’m a Mac user. I’m a Mac user because I hate fixing computers. I hate “setup wizards” and I hate viruses. I bought this HP Stream because I needed a Windows 10 machine for programming an Anytone 878UV Plus (Ham radio)
