PC is working fine. – I got this not for gaming, but for running AI art generation and needed at least a fairly good NVIDIA card to run it. The PC is adequate for this. I wish that there was an option for a larger amount of VRAM (12G) available.

Graphic card and software works fine – Graphic card and software work fine i am happy there,keyboard and mouse are very low quality but that can be replaced. The wifi works well too.I can’t complain.

Great bargain and a fast computer. – I bought this because it came with RTX. I use the PC for game development in Unreal Engine and Unity. The PC works great except the RAM is a little low at 16GB. I checked inside the PC and it has 2 free RAM slots, but I’m not sure what kind of RAM cards it takes. I would greatly appreciate if the owners could tell me what kind of RAM cards I could buy to upgrade this to 32 GB, then it would be perfect.

GPU Faulty and power supply not strong enough. – The unit was refurbished in Canada and the power supply does not seem powerful enough to support the rtx 2060 along with cpu. 400w power supply installed. Games were stuttering and crashing since day one and finally the GPU stopped working and fans not spinning after 30 days. Refurbished units are hit or miss, but it seems as if this is a pattern of improper upgrades or the use of faulty equipment simply due to the fact that many others are experiencing the exact same issue, GPU faulty or power supply not strong enough to support it. Spend the extra $100 -200 and get a new system. Less headaches and hassle. Good Luck everyone.

Updated: wasn’t sure, now all is fine – Well, it took an hour until the graphics card just randomly shut off and won’t come back on, fans don’t even spin now either. Attempting to troubleshoot now and will update this review if anything changes. 10/16
