Never are what they’re supposed to be – First off, the item that was sent was wrong one! Should have been i5, 16 gig mem,240 new ssd,wifi. received, i7, 8gig mem, 240 gig ssd, no wifi………………. you say, that’s not so bad, I thought so too, at first. Then I thought what was more important to me………and 16 gig mem, and wifi. So, the 240 ssd was great ,I would have been ok with the i5 also, the i7, ican live with,no problem, of course. Windows 10 pro was pre installed /w/digital liscense,they didn’t tell that. However, it did install easily, but had hours of updates to do, Ido mean hours. Windows works fine.

3 ft cord?? – My computer arrived in very good condition. Set up was simple and everything worked perfectly. However, it came with just a 3 foot electrical cord, so unless you place your computer directly over the electrical source/outlet, the cord may not be long enough to power your computer. I ended up using a (6 ft) cord from an old computer. Hence, only 4 stars.

A lot of capability for very little money – This PC is extremely impressive given how little it costs; it’s pretty much maxed out in terms of what could be put into this package. To make up for some minor deficiencies, the vendor includes a DP-to-HDMI and a Wifi dongle. Single thread the computational speed isn’t all that far from my fastest PCs that are 10x as costly. The SSD is on the smaller end, but in my work I’ve never exceeded 200 MB of storage so it’s sufficient, and could easily be upgraded if ever needed. The only very minor negative was that I’m guessing the previous owner was a smoker and the PC smelled pretty bad when first turned on, but after cleaning the internals that dissipated in just a few hours. My low rating on tech support and gaming are just that neither were applicable in this case, but I can say that for computationally intensive applications this PC does quite well. The primary advantage my bigger (far more costly) systems have is simply more cores.
