      Great for an older system! – Great for an older system. Will be upgrading the hard drive eventually, but good enough for now. Gets the school work done and fast.

      Big tings in small packages – This laptop for the price is hands down the best value I’ve seen. The screen is a bit on the small side but it is a portable powerhouse. It has ample RAM and CPU speed to handle lower end gaming or business use (you won’t be running cyberpunk on this…) and the SSD gives this machine a nice quick feel I have yet to see in other laptops even close to this price. All in all it’s a great laptop with plenty of power, perfect for business, or school use with some low end gaming capabilities.

      Pleased with laptop – Well worth the price. Needed an affordable laptop to do 3d modeling on the go. This does the trick. Able to generate solid models in freecad, fusion 360, as well as stl files in windows 3d builder. My older laptop was only able to do stl files and would freeze when I would try and save a step file. For the money, i very pleases. Just remember to put the laptop in sleep mode when not using and battery will hold charge for over a day, but I followed the start up instructions. I can’t speak to customer support because I haven’t needed it.

      A Decent Laptop with Useful Setup – This laptop is suitable for my purpose – large ram, more ports, dvd player, smart card reader, …, at a reasonable price and size. It is a little larger than the most slick ones, and a little heavier (4.009 lbs). But the flip side is that I don’t have to carry extra ports or get external dvd player. Here are some missing or conflicting information on the product page for interested buyers: The keyboard is back lit; The operating system is Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. The net weight is 4.009 lbs, not 6.74 lbs.
