It is ok, but… – Screen is good, the backlit keyboard is nice but would be better with darker keys. The light behind silver does not make it a good contrast in some semi light conditions. I did like the levels to adjustable light brightness on the keyboard. We were not able to get out of S Mode to download Google Chrome since it is not in the Microsoft app store. Tried Microsoft support multiple times, various forums and local shop and tried to contact seller with no response. Ultimately returned it as our return window was running out and no resolution.

A really good buy! – Product exactly as described; bonus was a free upgrade to Window 11. Works perfectly in all respects. Took a bit of time to get used to because 11 is rather different from 10. But I’m very happy with the purchase and would recommend it highly. Couple all that with Prime’s free next-day delivery and I rate the overall transaction as a 10 (but I have to settle for a 5 because that’s the highest on Amazon’s scale).

Slow! Waste of money – I really thought a new laptop would be faster than my 5 year old Dell but just the opposite has happened. It’s very slow to get on line and forget playing games. I’m so glad my Dell still works, I’ll only be using this for email and other things that don’t require any kind of speed. To say I’m disappointed is putting it mildly!!

Good enough for my needs – This laptop is just what I need. I don’t want the cheapest laptops there are because I do some light gaming and, as a college student, use of specialized academic software for my field, but I also don’t have the budget nor the need for the fanciest laptops there are. I can do my schoolwork and play Minecraft on it, and that’s all I really need at this point. It has a beautiful silver color and rounded corners, making it much more visually appealing than my last laptop too. If I have one complaint, the screen feels a bit desaturated in color, but I’m getting used to it. Overall, this laptop does what I like to do absolutely fine.
