Hp Laptop. – I love my HP Laptop it is so good. My old computer was 15 years old.

Great “simple” laptop – I’ve had the computer for a few weeks now, and it’s perfect for my needs. I searched around for over a month and was torn between this HP Pavilion and the 14” Lenovo IdeaPad 3. Finally chose this because it was on sale at the moment and I couldn’t pass up saving $60. I never play games, aren’t using it for important business activities, and don’t really plan on traveling with it. I basically plan on using it for coding, word processing, and image editing. So shiny and sleek compared to my old boxy HP from 2009 (which crashed and quit working in 2016)! I love how these newer laptops look! My only gripe is, like I see another reviewer mention, it doesn’t have a SD slot as the images in the main description show. I’m going to have to buy a SD reader with a USB plug. Because of that, I can only give it a 4 star review. Amazon might want to update the description for the computer if they don’t want any more negative ratings due to having no SD slot as described.

HP Laptop Review – Although I am pleased with the function of the new laptop, I was very surprised to learn that it has no warranty. I tried to register it with HP and they checked the S/N and said that the warranty had expired in August of 2022. I did not understand this as I thought all warranties started on day of user purchase of the item. I purchased mine in early December and got it just a couple of days later but if I had known there was no warranty on a new item I would have looked more closely at a different laptop I was considering purchasing.
