Does What I Need It To – First off, it’s not a gaming rig. It’s a basic workstation PC. I do some video compression, Microsoft Office work, web browsing, listening to music. For that, it has been great. I easily installed a WD 8TB HDD into it. Pretty snappy for what tasks I do, even with just 16gb of memory. CPU cooler has worked good enough. The only downside is that it only has one HDMI port. If you want a dual-monitor setup, you should find something that offers HDMI and DisplayPort as this only has HDMI and VGA.

It’s a really good pc – I bought this stupidly cause of what I read. I was never a PC gamer. I kinda got talked into being one… Kinda. But I had to get a new power supply, but it needed to be an HP one. As far as I know I had the choice of 400 and 500 watt ones they make. The only one I could find was a 400 watt one. (Also I’m sure there’s a converter somewhere in the world, but the HP ones fit the case) So with that, and on top of that I had to buy a graphics card. Which I chose an rtx 2060. With those both installed now. The PC runs how I wanted when I ordered it. VR works now, the games run at least at 57 FPS at 1080. That was the lowest it ran and that was Doom eternal. Halo infinite was in the 100s for frames. So 1080p gaming works just fine.

No Internal Speaker – We returned the unit. It has no internal speaker.

    4. O. L (verified owner)

Fast, easy to use. easy set up – Fast Machine, a joy compared to my old unit. Very easy set up. No complaints and would be again. Recommended.

    5. N. B (verified owner)

Good machine but limited upgrades – Decent but there is only one hdmi exit, therefore supports only one 4k monitor. I have tried to upgrade with a graphics card, even the oldest and less powerful would require a power supply of 300W, and the original power supply of this computer is only 180W. Other standard power supplies DO NOT FIT in this casing, only the proprietary HP power supply. Too much of a hassle or too expensive to do all these mods, so consider very limited small upgrades only.

    6. P. T (verified owner)

Good Performance – This Windows 11 seems to perform well in all respects. I especially like the faster reboot and that I did not have to get a third party graphics card to handle the processing stress with my Cyberlink photo and video processing as before. Love it! Windows 11 takes a little time to get used to. For example, I miss being able to quickly access the Control Panel in the Start menu, but that may be my lack of education to do the same with Win 11.

    7. N. F (verified owner)

No GPU – Doesn’t come with a GPU, be aware. If you intend to only browse google chrome then this is for you, but you can do that for much, much cheaper.

180watt power supply – I’m very happy with the deal I got on this new computer (from Amazon Warehouse). It took a couple weeks to figure out the display settings so the tv would stop flickering. Every never game I’ve tried so far has ran well on maximum graphics settings. The integrated GPU is surprisingly powerful. However when you replace the power supply for a graphics card, it will be proprietary and more expensive than you expect. There isn’t a power supply upgrade listed as supported on the HP website so when you put out that big money on a PSU it will be a leap of faith based on what other people say in the forums.
