What computer is for sale? – The spec sheet listed in the item description is for an entirely different computer. I would be hesitant to buy this since I don’t know what I would receive.

DO NOT BUY – This came with Windows 11. As soon as the operating system was done with setup, I opened Microsoft Edge and went to youtube. After a few minutes, the video froze. So, I turned it off and back on. I went to Amazon Prime Video….after 20 minutes, the video froze. Same with Netflix. I tried opening other apps and went to other websites to see if anything happened outside of video and I didn’t have any issues. So, I called HP support and after a few minutes, they sent me to software support. This person said that this was a premium support area and I would have to PAY to resolve the issue. I told them I wasn’t paying for support on a brand new computer that has issues. They said the problem was with a browser and that is software, so the premium support was the only people that could help me. For a price. (I had to contact HP support 3 times during this entire experience. ) So, I contacted Amazon and their tech person asked a couple questions and then offered to refund and return. So, the computer is on it’s way back and after HP support asked me to pay to fix a problem with a computer that just came out of the box, I will be getting a Dell. I will NEVER purchase another HP product. DO NOT BUY. If you have an issue, support will NOT help you without your credit card. So disappointed.
