El equipo esta defectuoso. Los puertos USB tipo A no funcionan. – El equipo lo compre en un viaje a los EUA. Lo recibi un dia antes de viajar y no me di cuenta que los puertos USB tipo dos no funcionaban. Ahora me encuentro en Colombia, y no se como reemplazar el equipo por uno nuevo sin defectos, o su defectp. si reparacion por parte de Centro de Servicio de HP autorizado que de garantia del producto

Good Buy – My brother-in-law is an IT Tech. He advised me to get at least 16GB ram and agreed with my choice of HP for the price. The Intel chip was also a factor in my choice. I’m very happy with the laptop, but I did switch out of s mode in order to install some programs I already own, which would not be loadable with the “protection” Windows 10 in s mode gives. I then upgraded to the free Windows 11. I usually hate new operating systems but 11 is user-friendly and not hair-pullingly different.

Great Purchase – I needed a new laptop for work and decided on this one because of the ram and ssd storage. I have NO regrets! It made doing my work so much easier. It boots up really fast and can handle the additional monitors beautifully. So glad I purchased it.
