Good Enough I guess – I bought this laptop for university! I don’t know much about computers tho so keep that in mind. The fan is on a lot of the time on it it usually turns on after like 30 mins of it being on straight or when u have a lot of tabs on at the same time. An ok laptop I would’ve made more research for my laptop if I could turn back time though

Not satisfied – First and foremost I am not a computrt guy in any stretch of the imagination. Considering consumer feedback on Amazon I purchased the HP 14″ laptop to replace my wife’s 9 year old Dell. Computer came quickly with memory upgrade, etc. Took the old and new laptops to computer tech to bring all contents from the old to new computer. All went well and HP was operating all right. After hours of attempting to load the HP driver for my HP office jet printer I gave up. Laptop went back to computer shop where tech ultimately had to remove all Microsoft software and reload it all before he could load new drivers and other features. Tech claims the laptop was never set up correctly at the 3rd party sellers. After over $540 of labor the computer is now running correctly. I am not happy with Amazon

Great pc – I love this computer! The touch screen is good for me since I have had an IPad for the past 20 years. The keypad is fantastic. This is just an overall great pc. I needed it to download some forms, make changes, save, and print them out.
