Received everything according to description. – Received everything as advertised. Although it was opened to do the mods it was nicely packed when it arrived.

Deceptive listing, please beware. – The listing for this item is very misleading. It is NOT Windows 11 even though at the time I ordered it clearly said Windows 11. Windows 10s was installed upon receipt. When I sent a note asking about that, since Win 11 was important to me, I was told by the seller to “just upgrade it free at Microsoft.com.” I didn’t pay for “just upgrade it free,” I paid for Win 11. The second part of that is that when I try to upgrade, Windows tells me that they are checking to see if the device is ready for Windows 11and that Windows 11 is ready for the device. In short, I can’t upgrade….yet. Again, deceptive practices by the seller. Otherwise, the unit seems fine.

HP is terrible – Please don’t purchase an HP computer. I am an engineer. I paid $700 for an HP 15-dy2095wm laptop. After 5 months I began having problems. The only thing worse than the HP laptop is their support websites. A local repair shop claimed it was already out of warranty. So I took it to 2 other independent shops and was willing to pay to have it fixed but neither could. It has been less than a year since I wasted $700 so my advice is AVOID HP!!!!
