OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT PRODUCT – I reached the decision to buy another computer since mine was corrupted and useless. I considered the option to purchase a new one or a refurbished one. My friend is a computer program designer and suggested considering pre-owned / renewed computers loaded with Windows operating system. He looked into numerous computers and came across HP Flagship Pro Desktop 2018 Computer, Core I5 Up to 3.6GHz, 8GB, 512GB SSD, Wi-Fi, DVD, DP, VGA, USB 3.0, Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit-Multi Language-English/Spanish/French (CI5) (Renewed) at an outstanding price. He highly recommended this computer because of the added options. So, I decided to purchase it. I am not very well versed in computers and have recently become disabled. I had trouble starting the computer, so I send a message to the seller, SJ Computers, LLC, and requested their assistance. They responded immediately and courteously with an apology for the situation and offered help.

Excellent Value. Easy setup. Good Features for Average User – I can’t stand it anymore! My laptop is annoyingly slow, wouldn’t load Paintshop Pro Ultimate 2020, barely loaded Photoshop CC 2020 so I decided to buy this HP Small Form 6300 PC. Doing a lot more photography right now.

Great deal and great refurbished desktop – I think the desktop was a great buy. I’m very satisfied with the functionality and the quality. The only thing that I dont really care for is the no-wifi capability. They did provide a brand new never opened wifi usb dongle to make up for it but it’s still a great investment. The desktop has an I5 processor and I like using it over my Dell I7 that cost $1200. So good job and thanks to the seller.

Great Product – This product is a very good buy in my opinion. The computer came and everything is fine. I looked and saw that the memory I have is 429 GB available and this is great. I thought that I was missing some gigs but the supplier advised me of how memory is really calculated, like this Windows uses multiples of 1024 when showing file sizes, but the SSD (and hard drives in general) use multiples of 1000. So 512 GB = 512 x 1,000,000,000 = 512,000,000,000 bytes, Windows shows you 512,000,000,000 / 1024 / 1024 = 488,281.25 MB / 1024 = 476.83 GB. Hope the info can be helpful. So I understand now. The keyboard did not work with the computer but that has been taken care of and everything is great. For the money that I spent on this unit, it is a a great buy. I have a newer that has around 1TB worth of space and I have had it for a few years now and have only used about 100GB of it. Great Buy!

I could not boot but it was because the memory was not installed properly! – I checked that every component was properly installed and found out the memory was loose. I am computer literate and just knew the memory was loose. I had to install one end and carefully snap in the other end. When i did my computer booted up. I also purchased another 8 Gigs to make it dual channel memory. It run as good as it can at this point. Leave Customer Service alone and check behind yourself and make it easy for everyone. Worth the money – I had to buy another dongle wifi adapter because the one that came wit it resulted in a very slow internet. I ordered another one on amazon and jumped from 40 Mbps to 275 Mbps as a example. It was very clean inside and that was a plus, but you cannot put Windows on 11, system will not support it.
